表面活性剂对辅助制备高效燃料电池阴极催化剂的影响

摘要 通过改变表面活性剂种类,利用水热法制备了不同形貌Fe-ZIF-8前驱体,并利用透射电子显微镜对其形貌进行表征,高温热解后得到Fe-N-C氧还原催化剂,并利用旋转圆盘电极测量其电催化性能。结果表明,表面活性剂可以改变材料的尺寸和形貌,采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)能获得较小颗粒尺寸和规则的立方体形貌,且能提高催化剂氧还原反应的动力学电流密度。 By changing the type of surfactant,Fe-ZIF-8 precursor with different morphology was prepared by hydrothermal method,and its morphology was characterized by transmission electron microscopy.Fe-N-C oxygen reduction catalyst was obtained after pyrolysis at high temperature,and its electrocatalytic performance was measured by rotating disk electrode.The results show that the surfactant can change the size and morphology of the material,and the smaller particle size and regular cubic morphology can be obtained by using CTAB,and the kinetic current density of the catalyst can be increased.
