摘要
Elafibranor药物口服生物利用度很低,药理活性不甚理想。故对其进行合理的结构改造,提高Elafibranor的生物利用度和药理活性,筛选出更为有效的药物具有重要的意义。本文设计并合成了一个Elafibranor衍生物,并探索了该类似物的合成条件。其类似物的化学结构经高分辨质谱和核磁鉴定。
The oral bioavailability of Elafibranor drugs is very low and the pharmacological activity is not very ideal.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the bioavailability and pharmacological activity of Elafibranor and screen out more effective drugs.One Elafibranor derivatives were designed and synthesized,and the synthesis conditions of the derivatives were explored.The chemical structure of its derivatives was confirmed by high resolution mass spectrometry and spectrogram.
