摘要
自2013年以来,延安某炼厂200万吨/催化裂化装置外取热器经常发生流化效果差,取热能力低的情况,影响整个系统的热平衡。为了使该装置获得最大效益,外取热器是重中之重,因此对该厂外取热器出现的流化状态不佳的现象进行分析及优化操作,以期获得较好的取热效果。最终通过更换催化剂配方及操作条件优化等措施,使整个外取热器的流化状态发生变化,整个系统的热量得以平衡,催化裂化装置可以安全平稳地长周期运行。
Since 2013,poor fluidization effect and low heat extraction capacity have occurred in the external heat extractor of a 2 million ton/catalytic cracking unit in a plant in Yan'an,affecting the heat balance of the whole system.In order to achieve the actual benefit of the device,the external heat extractor is essential,so the poor fluidization phenomenon of the external heat extractor in this plant is analyzed and the operations condition are optimized in order to obtain a better heat removal effect.By changing the catalyst system and optimizing the operation condition,the fluidization state of the whole external heat removal was adjusted,the heat of the whole system was balanced,and the whole catalytic unit thus ran by a safe and stable long period.
