基于CFD的波形变速管道凝并器流场分析研究

摘要 颗粒物凝并技术是强化超细颗粒粉尘收集和脱除的有效方法。基于FLUENT软件,对波形变速管道凝并器的凝并区内流场进行了数值模拟,结果表明:凝并区内设置的波浪形隔板可以产生扰流效果,为超细颗粒的碰撞凝并创造良好条件,交汇段的设置,能带来更好的凝并效果和更小的压力降;在本研究模型条件下,综合考虑扰流效果和压力降,波浪形隔板水平段垂直间距取400mm,两个波形之间水平间距取200mm是优化的选择。 The technology of particles is a kind of effective method to strengthen the ultrafine particles'collection and removal.The flow field of the turbulence coalescence device was simulated by FLUENT,and the results show that wavy diaphragms in the turbulence coalescence device are good at producing vortices,which could creat favorable conditions for the aggregation of the ultrafine particle.The setting of intersections can bring better aggregation effect and smaller pressure drop.Considering the vortices and the pressure drop,under the condition of this research model,400mm for vertical spacing between two diaphragms"and 200mm for horizontal spacing between two waves"are thought of optimal design.
