摘要
安徽某农药企业污水站,运营过程中因设备老化以及运行不规范,导致实际出水水质不能稳定达标。通过改变生化配水配比、补充活性污泥、投加营养源以及控制回流比等技术措施,提高“水解酸化+接触氧化”工艺的处理能力,确保生化出水水质COD、氨氮等指标达到污水综合排放标准一级标准,进而经过末端深度处理后实现稳定达标排放。
An agrochemical enterprise sewage station in Anhui,due to aging equipment and irregular operation,the actual effluent water quality could not reach the standard stably.Through the technical measures such as changing the ratio of biochemical water distribution,supplementing activated sludge,adding nutrient sources,and controlling the reflux ratio,the processing capacity of the"hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation"process is improved.Ensure that the biochemical effluent water quality COD,ammonia nitrogen and other indicators reach the first level standard of comprehensive sewage discharge standards,and then achieve stable discharge compliance after in-depth treatment at the end.
