紫外线荧光法在汽车涂装丝状颗粒分析上的应用

摘要 探讨了紫外线荧光法在汽车涂装丝状颗粒分析上的应用,同时该方法能有效地发现环境中附着的丝状污染源,并能对涂装过程从车身采集到的丝状颗粒样本进行技术分析,判断车身表面丝状颗粒的具体来源,从而有效减少丝状颗粒,提高涂装一次下线合格率。 The application of ultraviolet fluorescence on analysis of filamentous particles in automotive painting process was discussed,and the method can easily find out the filamentous pollution which keeps in environment by a wide angle,and also can analyze the filamentous particles which collect on the painting body surface and judge where the filamentous come from,then reduce the fiber dirt and lift the FTQ in paint process.
