摘要
迷宫纸盒过滤器是最新的一种用于汽车涂装行业漆雾分离工艺的技术,其基本原理是带有漆雾的气流通过具有迷宫式结构的通道,在多次折流过程中漆雾颗粒与内部表面发生碰撞然后被捕获,达到分离漆雾的目的。基于计算流体力学,应用DPM离散相模型对迷宫纸盒过滤器的过滤原理进行模拟,并分析不同的空气流速、漆雾浓度及粒径等参数对过滤器前后压差和过滤效率的影响,为纸盒干式喷房系统的设计提供参考数据。结果表明:迷宫纸盒过滤器进出口压差随着空气流速的增加而增加,过滤效率随空气流速的增加而增加,随漆雾流量的增加而降低,随漆雾粒径的增加而增加。
Cardboard filter is a new generation technology used in paint overspray separation process of automotive coating industry.The basic separation theory is when air flow with paint overspray pass through labyrinth channels in cardboard filter,paint overspray collide with and be trapped by interior surfaces during several baffling so that paint overspray and air flow are separated.Based on computational fluid dynamics,the paint overspray filtration theory of cardboard filter is simulated by using discrete phase model.The influence to pressure difference and paint overspray filtration efficiency is analyzed on different air speed,overspray mass flowrate and overspray particle size,and simulation data could be reference for paint overspray filtration system planning.The results show that the higher air velocity,the higher pressure difference between cardboard filter inlet&outlet and filtration efficiency will be,the lower overspray particle mass flow rate and higher particle diameter,the higher filtration efficiency will be.
