摘要
文章主要研究了PLA纤维筒子纱的络筒、染色及还原清洗工艺。结果表明,适宜的松筒密度可防止PLA纤维因染缩导致的染色不匀,当染液的pH值为4~5时,以合理的升温速率,在100℃染40 min后,PLA纤维能获得较高的上染率,同时需严格控制还原清洗条件,否则会造成染色深度及强力的明显变化。
This paper mainly studied the winding technology,dyeing technology and reduction cleaning technology of PLA fiber package yarn.Results showed that the appropriate density of package yarn could prevent the uneven dyeing of the PLA fiber caused by dyeing shrinkage.When the pH value was 4~5,the PLA fiber could obtain a higher dyeing rate after dyeing at 100℃ for 40 min at a reasonable heating rate.At the same time,the reduction cleaning conditions should be strictly controlled,otherwise,the color depth and color intensity would be significantly changed.
