不同类型无偿献血者发生不良反应的情况分析

目的探讨分析不同类型无偿献血者发生献血反应情况的主要因素。方法选取来自2017年1月—2018年12月在某血站进行无偿献血行为的献血者59958例作为研究对象,统计无偿献血者的基本资料,对比不同年份的献血反应率,不同性别、不同年龄及不同动员献血方式的无偿献血人群中发生献血反应的情况。结果2017年发生献血反应的反应率与2018年差异无统计学意义(t=0.796,P=0.372)。女性的献血反应发生率为2.17%,低于男性发生率2.49%(P<0.05)。18~25岁年龄段发生献血反应的发生率为2.46%,高于其他年龄段(P<0.05)。单位组织团体献血者献血反应发生率显著高于街头自发献血者(P<0.05)。结论年龄、性别、动员献血方式等均将影响无偿献血者不良反应的发生,应及时采取干预措施。

Objective To explore the main factors of blood donation reactions among different types of voluntary blood donors.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,59958 blood donors who had been engaged in voluntary blood donation in a station were selected and their basic data,such as sex,age,mobilization methods and so on,were collected and sorted out.The reaction rates of blood donation in different years,the response of voluntary blood donors in different genders,different ages and different ways of mobilizing blood donation were compared.Results There was no significant difference in response rates between 2017 and 2018(P>0.05).The incidence of blood donation reactions in the women was 2.17%,significantly lower than that in the men(2.49%,P<0.05),and the incidence of blood donation reactions in the 25 year old age group was 2.46%,significantly higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05).The incidence of blood donation reactions in the unit group blood donors was significantly higher than that in the street spontaneous blood donors(P<0.05).Conclusion The age,sex and the way of mobilizing blood donation affect the occurrence of blood donation reactions of vol untary blood donors.Therefore some intervention measures should be taken in time.
