集合式住宅设计核心课建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Collective Housing Design Core Course

住宅建筑设计是建筑设计师最重要的业务之一,所以在高校建筑学专业课程体系中,住宅建筑设计课应该具有核心地位。当前该课程教学存在着诸如课程核心地位不突出、课程教学一体化设计不紧密、教学方法相对落后等问题。从“课程体系、教学方式、能力培养、考核方式和教学文件”五个层面入手,阐明对集合式住宅设计课程进行“核心化”改造的总体思路和主要内容,并以部分学生作业案例为依据,介绍课程建设的初步成效。

Residential architectural design is one of the most important businesses of architectural designers,so in the curriculum system of architecture major in colleges and universities,residential architectural design course should have a core position.At present,there are some problems in the teaching of this course,such as the core position of the course is not prominent,the integration design of the course teaching is not close,and the teaching methods are relatively backward.Starting from the five levels of“course system,teaching method,ability training,assessment method and teaching documents”,this paper expounds the overall idea and main content of the“core”transformation of the integrated housing design course,and introduces the preliminary effect of the course construction based on some students'homework cases.
