长链非编码RNA MEG3在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达

Expression of long noncoding RNA MEG3 in the tissue of bladder transitional cell carcinoma

目的探讨长链非编码RNAMEG3在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测膀胱移行细胞癌组织(20例)、对应的癌旁组织(20例)及正常膀胱组织(20例)中MEG3的表达,分析其临床意义。结果膀胱癌组织中MEG3的相对表达水平低于癌旁组织和正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);MEG3的表达水平在吸烟史(有或无)、年龄(<60岁或≥60岁)及性别(男或女)等分组中的表达差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),在肿瘤级别(低级别或高级别)及肿瘤分期中表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论长链非编码RNA MEG3的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌关系密切,且它的表达与肿瘤的病理级别及分期相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of long noncoding RNA MEG3 in the tissue of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of MEG3 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(20 cases),corresponding paracancerous tissues(20 cases)and normal bladder tissues(20 cases)were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.And the clinical association was analyzed.Results The relative expression level of MEG3 in bladder carcinoma was 1.11±0.13,which was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues(3.63±0.39),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression level ofMEG3 in bladder carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal bladder tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference ofMEG3 expression levels in the groups of different smoking history(with or without),age(<60 years old or≥60 years old,P>0.05),gender(male or female,P>0.05).But There was significant difference of MEG3 expression levels in the groups of tumor grade(low or high,P<0.05)and different tumor stage(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of long noncoding RNA MEG3 is closely related to bladder transitional cell carcinoma,and its expression is related to the pathological grade and stage of the tumor.
