大型客车空调壳与顶蒙皮干涉问题的分析及解决

Analysis and Solution of Interference Between Air-conditioning Shell and Top Skin of Large Bus

文章针对大型客车上的空调壳(包括蒸发器和冷凝器)与顶蒙皮存在干涉问题,进行了原因分析及排查,对其安装支架焊接过程、空调侧边轨(固定支座)的制做精度、空调壳下边缘出厂时的精度检验、整个空调安装过程、空调与顶蒙皮之间的弹性件尺寸及安装完工后的检测方式进行了优化和改进,经过一系列的措施实施,验证结果表明,能较好地解决客车空调壳与顶蒙皮存在的干涉问题,避免了客车在市场上因磨穿顶蒙皮出现的漏雨质量问题。

In view of the interference between the air-conditioning Shell(including evaporator and condenser)and the top cover on large buses,this paper analyzes the causes and makes investigation,this paper optimizes and improves the welding process of the installation bracket,the manufacturing precision of the side rail(fixed support)of the air conditioner,the accuracy inspection when the lower edge of the air conditioner Shell leaves the factory,the whole installation process of the air conditioner,the dimensions of the elastic parts between the air conditioner and the top cover,and the detection method after the installation is completed,through a series of measures,the results show that the problem of interference between the air-conditioning Shell and the roof cover can be solved and the problem of rain leakage caused by the wear of the roof cover on the bus market can be avoided.
