密封条长度与钣金止口长度关系的分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Relationship Between Sealing Strip Length and Sheet Metal Seal Length

在整车开发过程中,密封条装配时,经常出现长度不匹配的问题,为提高密封条验证效率,文章通过实车装配验证与分析后判断现有密封条长度与钣金止口长度的关系的合理性。此判断可在新产品开发过程中直接通过钣金止口长度准确给出密封条长度值,有效降低装配问题率,文章对工程实践具有指导意义。

In the process of vehicle development,in order to improve the efficiency of seal strip validation,this paper analyse the rationality of the relationship between the length of seal strip and the length of sheet metal stop after assembly validation and analysis of real vehicle.This analysis can accurately give the length of sealing strip through the length of sheet metal stop directly in the process of new product development,and effectively reduce the assembly problem.This paper has guiding significance for engineering practice.
