城市轨道交通业主管控BIM应用研究

Study on Client-led BIM Application in Urban Rail Transit

随着BIM技术在城市轨道交通行业内的不断发展,以设计方、施工方为主导的BIM应用管理模式日趋成熟,但以业主为主导的管控BIM应用模式还有待更深入研究与实践。以重庆市铁路(集团)有限公司为例,以运维为导向,通过在业主管控BIM管理模式中的探索,介绍其应用目标、组织架构、实施内容等,旨在通过业主管控BIM实现项目全生命周期过程管理和精细化管理,全面收集建设过程信息,为运维服务。

With the continuous development of BIM technology in urban rail transit industry,the designer or contractor-led BIM application has become more and more mature.However,the client-led BIM application need make a further study and practice.The paper introduces the aim,organizational structure and implementation content and etc.of client-led BIM application based on the practical experience of Chongqing Railway(Group)Co.,Ltd.,which takes operation and maintenance as the guide.The aim of client-led BIM application is to realize the project whole life cycle management and fine management,and collect the construction process information to support operation and maintenance.
