Design and Practice of Shield Machine Cutting Pile Foundation of Underpass in Soft Soil

随着近年来轨道交通的快速发展和持续建设,线路如何在建筑物林立、高敏感环境下顺利穿越,是建设者们高度关心的问题。宁波轨道交通4号线柳西站—宁波火车站区间位于老城区,道路狭窄,两侧建筑物密集,盾构机需连续穿越苍松路下立交、祖关山下立交、柳汀高架桥、萧甬高铁、宁波市邮政局等重要建(构)筑物,详细介绍并分析了区间隧道设计方案以及施工技术措施,取得了较好的效果。

With the rapid development and continuous construction of rail transit projects in recent years,there has been a great concern on how to tunnel smoothly through buildings and highly sensitive areas.Along the interval between Liuxi station and Ningbo railway station of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 4,there are narrow roads and dense buildings of the old city.The shield machine shall drive through the important buildings(structures)continuously such as the Cang Song Road underpass,Zu Guan Shan overpass,Liu Ting viaduct,Xiaoshan-Ningbo high-speed railway,Ningbo post office,etc.The design scheme and construction technical measures applied in the interval tunnel are introduced and analyzed in detail.And good effect has been achieved in the interval construction.
