中药灌肠联合穴位刺激对重症合并发热患者的降温效果观察

Observation on the cooling effect of Chinese herbal enema combined with acupoint stimulation on severe patients with fever

目的观察中药灌肠联合穴位刺激对重症合并发热患者的降温效果.方法50例重症合并发热患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组,各25例.对照组患者给予中药灌肠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予穴位刺激治疗.对比分析两组患者发热消退时间、惊跳消失时间、住院时间及满意度.结果研究组患者发热消退时间(36.05±12.02)h、惊跳消失时间(25.03±5.18)h、住院时间(7.60±0.76)d均明显短于对照组的(48.62±13.70)h、(32.00±6.09)h、(9.28±1.04)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对重症合并发热患者采取中药灌肠联合穴位刺激治疗,可明显缩短患者发热消退时间、惊跳消失时间及住院时间,提高患者满意度,效果理想.

Objective To observe the cooling effect of Chinese herbal enema combined with acupoint stimulation on severe patients with fever.Methods A total of 50 cases of severe patients with fever as study subjects were divided into research group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Chinese herbal enema,and the research group was treated by acupoint stimulation on the basis of the control group.The fever subsided time,convulsion disappearance time,hospitalization time and satisfaction rate in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The fever subsided time(36.05±12.02)h,convulsion disappearance time(25.03±5.18)h and hospitalization time(7.60±0.76)d in the research group were obviously shorter than(48.62±13.70)h,(32.00±6.09)h and(9.28±1.04)d in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was 100.00% in the research group,which was obviously higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal enema combined with acupoint stimulation shows idea effect for severe patients with fever,which can significantly shorten the time of fever regression,convulsion disappearance and hospitalization,and improve patients’satisfaction.
