“产学研用”理念下房地产专业创新型人才培养模式探索——以兰州财经大学为例

Research on the Training Mode of Real Estate Professional Innovative Talents under the Concept of Production,Education,Research and Application——Case of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics

在梳理国内本科院校房地产专业人才培养模式现状及存在的问题下,以兰州财经大学房地产开发与管理专业为例,在总结其实践探索经验的基础上提炼出“1222+”的复合型应用型人才创新培养模式;在明确产学研用的理念下,提出房地产开发与管理专业创新型人才培养模式应紧紧围绕“复合型应用型人才”这一核心目标,努力探索构建“双师”“双引擎”的“双引擎—两轮驱动”模式,具备“双证”及“多元能力核”的创新型人才培养模式,描绘创新型人才培养模式的实现路径.

Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of real estate professionals in domestic undergraduate colleges and universities,taking the real estate development and management major of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics as an example,the"1222+"composite application-oriented talents innovation training mode is extracted on the basis of summing up its practical exploration experience;based on the concept of production,teaching,research and application,this paper puts forward that the training mode of innovative talents for real estate development and management specialty should focus on the core goal of"applied talents",efforts to explore the construction of"double division"and"twin-engine"mode of"twin-engine two-wheel drive",an innovative talents training mode with"double certificate"and"multiple nuclear ability",and describes the implementation path of cultivating innovative talents.
