Study on the Development of Lanxi Urban Agglomeration under the Background of"One Belt and One Road"

以兰西城市群为研究对象,对“一带一路”背景下兰州西宁城市群的概况、优劣势进行了分析,对兰州西宁城市群的不协调性进行了初步研究.兰西城市群仍处于发展的初期,在建设城市群过程中,为保障城市群功能的有效发挥,形成“发展极”,发挥其带动辐射优势,需要抓住机遇,通过制定差异化的政策、构建有效的省际行政协调机制、充分利用新媒体等,来构建兰西城市群发展的支撑路径.

Taking the Lanxi urban agglomeration as the research object,the study analyzed general situation,advantages and disadvantages of Lanxi city group under the background of"One Belt and One Road".Also,the incompatibility of Lanzhou and Xining urban agglomeration is preliminarily studied.Lanxi urban agglomeration is still in the early stage of development.In the process of building the urban agglomeration,in order to ensure the effective play of the functions of the urban agglomeration,to form the"development pole"and give full play to its driving radiation advantages,we need to seize the opportunity to establish the supporting path for the development of the city group of Lanzhou and Xining by formulating differentiated policies,building an effective inter provincial administrative coordination mechanism and making full use of new media.
