摘要
目的:探讨临床治疗早产胎膜早破治疗过程中,采用安宝与硫酸镁联合治疗的应用效果.方法:抽取2017年1月-2019年2月笔者所在引用救治的84例早产胎膜早破患者,采用随机数字表方法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组给予硫酸镁,观察组给予安宝与硫酸镁,比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫缩抑制时间、治疗时间均短于对照组,孕龄延长时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的28.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对早产胎膜早破患者选用安宝与硫酸镁联合治疗,对宫缩抑制有显著效果,可缩短治疗时间,改善患者孕龄,且患者用药安全性较高.
Objective:To explore the application effect of Anpo and Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes.Method:Eighty-four patients with premature rupture of premature rupture of membranes who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 patients in each group.The control group was given Magnesium Sulfate,the observation group was given Anpo and Magnesium Sulfate.The effects of different drug treatments were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 76.19%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inhibition time and treatment time of uterine contraction in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the time of prolonged gestational age was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.52%,which was lower than 28.55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Concluslon:In the treatment of premature rupture of membranes in preterm labor,the combination of Anpo and Magnesium Sulfate is effective,which can reduce the contraction inhibition time and help prolong the gestational week of patients.
