艾灸对糖尿病周围神经病变肢体疼痛患者的疗效观察

Effect of Moxibustion on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients with Limb Pain

目的:观察艾灸用于糖尿病周围神经病变肢体疼痛患者的疗效,为临床护理提供依据.方法:从福建中医药大学附属人民医院内分泌科抽取符合纳入标准的糖尿病周围神经病变肢体疼痛患者100例,并按就诊顺序分为试验组和对照组,各50例.对照组患者给予常规护理;试验组患者在此基础上使用艾灸仪灸丰隆穴和足三里穴治疗.观察两组患者干预前后的空腹血糖、神经病变情况、疼痛情况.结果:干预后,两组空腹血糖值均较干预前下降(P<0.05),但干预后两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的多伦多临床神经病变评分(TCSS)、简易疼痛量表评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:常规治疗护理结合多功能艾灸仪施灸可缓解糖尿病患者周围神经病变肢体疼痛的症状,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with limb pain,and to provide basis for clinical nursing.Method:A total of 100 Diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with limb pain were selected from the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the visiting order,50 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.On this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with moxibustion instrument at Fenglong and Zusanli points.The fasting blood glucose,neuropathy and pain were observed between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After iintervention,the fasting blood glucose in the two groups were decreased than before intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the Toronto clinical neuropathy score(TCSS)and simple pain scale score(VAS)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine treatment and nursing combined with multi-functional moxibustion instrument can alleviate the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and limb pain in diabetic patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
