辐射降解采油黄原胶废水的研究

摘要 利用GJ-1.5型高频高压电子加速器对黄原胶进行辐照处理,在电子束能量1.4 MeV、束流强度80μA辐照条件下,研究了辐照剂量对黄原胶性能的影响,阶段性研究结果表明电子束辐照可使黄原胶发生降解,固态黄原胶辐照下,当吸收剂量D为200 kGy时,黄原胶粘均分子量M_η约从300万降为9万,特性粘度从2000 mL/g以上降至150 mL/g以下;液态黄胶辐照下,当吸收剂量D仅2.5 kGy时,粘均分子量M_η降到约2万,特性粘度降至47.5 mL/g。 The effect of irradiation dose on the properties of xanthan gum was studied in this paper.Xanthan gum is irradiated under electron beam generated by the high frequency and high voltage electron accelerator:GJ-1.5.Irradiation condition:beam energy 1.4 MeV,beam intensity 80 A.The current results show that electron beam irradiation can lead to great degradation of xanthan gum.For powder xanthan,viscosity-average molecular weight is reduced from 3 million to 90 thousand and intrinsic viscosity is reduced from above 2000 ml/g to 150 ml/g when irradiation dose is 200 kGy.For xanthan solution(NaCl or NaSO4),viscosity-average molecular weight is reduced from 3 million to 20 thousand and intrinsic viscosity is reduced from above 2000 ml/g to 47.5 ml/g when irradiation dose is only 2.5 kGy.
