论需求导向型公共交通服务模式 被引量:4

On the Service Mode of Demand-Oriented Public Transportation

摘要 长期以来,以固定线路、固定站点、固定时刻表为服务特征的常规公交服务模式在我国城市公交系统中占据垄断地位在小汽车快速进入家庭、城市轨道交通成网运行以及“互联网+交通”的背景下,我国部分大城市的常规公交客运量呈持续下滑趋势,城市公交服务迫切需要在服务理念上进行变革,其服务模式亟待转型升级需求导向型公交服务模式的提出旨在突出城市居民出行需求愈发呈现的个性化、差异化、层次化特征,通过对城市公交系统的线网结构、线路类型、运营模式、运行组织等的改造,向精细化服务方向迈进,期望实现市民满意、企业运营效益提升的双赢目标. For a long time,the conventional public transport service mode characterized by fixed lines,fixed stations and fixed timetables has occupied a monopoly position in our urban public transport system.Under the influence of the rapid entry of cars into the family,the operation of urban rail transit,and the application of the“Internet+Transportation”,the passenger volume of conventional public transport in some big cities of China has been declining.Urban public transport service urgently needs to change its service concepts,and its service modes urgently need to be transformed and upgraded.The proposed demand-oriented public transport service mode aims to highlight increasingly individualized,differentiated and hierarchical characteristics of urban public transport travel demand.Through the transformation of network structure,line type,operation mode and operation organization,it will move towards the refined service direction,and we hope to achieve the win-win goal of satisfying the citizens and improving the operational efficiency of the bus company.
