The System of Urban Rail Transit Network Construction and Characterization of Disaster Events

本文首次提出面向城轨交通系统的灾害事件网络概念,主要介绍灾害事件网络的构建与表征问题,用于对城轨交通系统的历史灾害事件进行挖掘分析,基于事故案例,提取城轨交通系统运营过程中发生的各种灾害类事件,以事件为节点,事件的引发演化关系为边,构建城轨系统灾害事件网络提出了该网络的关键表征参数,并通过算例,说明本研究对城轨交通系统安全及应急管理系统的建设具有一定的参考意义.

This paper proposes the concept of disaster event network for urban rail transit system for the first time.It mainly introduces the construction and representation of disaster event network,which is used to mine and analyze the historical disaster events of urban rail transit system.Based on the accident cases,various disaster events occurred during the operation of the urban rail transit system are extracted.Taking the event as the node and the event triggering evolution relationship as the edge,the disaster event network of urban rail system is constructed.The key characteristic parameters of the network are put forward.Finally,an example is given to show that the research has certain reference significance for the construction of urban rail transit system safety and emergency management system.
