摘要
近年来,本科生导师制在国内被越来越多的高校采用并推广。本文在某理工科高校导师制实践的基础上,探索适合该校英语专业学生人才培养的新模式,提出要根据学生在不同年级的不同需求进行差异化指导。同时,笔者就自己所在导师小组的实践案例进行了总结和反思,对英语专业学生的导师制培养计划和实施等方面提出改进建议。
In recent years,the tutorial system for undergraduates has been adopted and promoted by more and more universities in China.Based on the practice of the tutorial system at a university of science and technology,this paper explores a new mode of talent cultivation for English majors in this university,and suggests that differentiated guidance be carried out in accordance with different needs of students in different grades.The author also summarizes and reflects on the practice case of herown tutorial group and comes up with some suggestions regarding the planning and its implementation in cultivating English majors under the tutorial system.
