Review of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:learning,teaching,assessment.Companion Volume with new descriptors

欧洲委员会于2018年在法国斯特拉斯堡出版了《〈欧洲语言共同参考框架〉补充本及新描述性指南》。该书是欧洲多元文化背景下多语言教学、量评及传播的最重要参考之一。本文简要介绍该书各章主要内容并予以简评。编者对《欧洲语言共同参考框架》面世近20年来在语言教学、测评等方面应用中的疑惑及问题进行了阐释及解答。根据研究人员、教师以及学习者的反馈,该书对《欧洲语言共同参考框架》作了大量完善和扩充,是国内外语言教学界期待已久的第一次重大升级。

This article reviews the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:learning,teaching,assessment.Companion Volume with new descriptors,which was launched by Council of Europe in Strasbourg,France,in 2018,offering an important point of view for language teaching/learning,evaluation and communication in the multicultural context of Europe.The editors explained and replied to the doubts and problems in the application of the CEFR in language teaching and assessment in the past 20 years.Based on the feedback from researchers,teachers,and learners,this book complements and expands the former CEFR and it is the first major upgrade since its publication.
