摘要
在大学英语学时和学分大幅削减的背景下,大学英语教学需由课内向课外延伸,拓展教学内容,激活课外学习空间,基于学习平台的移动学习方式成为延展大学英语课堂学习的新渠道。本研究依托"U校园"学习平台,以POA教学理念为指导,自建校本通用英语SPOC课程,利用线上平台及线下实体课堂进行混合教学模式探索。结果表明,基于"U校园"学习平台的通用英语校本SPOC课程,依托线上、线下海量的教学资源和形式多样的教学任务活动实现了混合式教学,使学生获得更多自主学习时间,学习更加高效,有助于实现个性化学习和个性化教学的开展,有助于大学英语培养目标的有效完成。
With gradual decrease of class length and credits of college English course,college English teaching needs to be extended beyond lectures in class with more teaching contents to promote after-class teaching and learning.Hopefully,the mobile learning mode based on learning platform has become a new channel to extend English learning.Based on the“U-campus”learning platform and under the guidance of the POA teaching concept,this study creates a school-oriented SPOC course of English for general purpose(EGP),and explores the blended teaching mode by using online platform and offline entity classroom.The results show that based on the“U-campus”learning platform,the EGP SPOC curriculum,relying on the massive online and offline teaching resources and various teaching task activities,realizes the blended teaching,enabling students to get more time in their self-directed learning with higher efficiency.Furthermore,it is helpful for personalized learning and personalized teaching and for achieving objectives of college English cultivation.
