Establishment and verification of the re-checked rules on Sysmex XN-9000 high-sensitive analysis mode for cell analysis in cerebrospinal fluid

摘要 目的建立并验证一个适用于Sysmex XN-9000血液分析仪高灵敏分析(hsA)模式检测脑脊液的复检规则。方法2017年12月-2018年9月本院每日选取脑脊液样本,共计156例,直接用hsA模式上机行脑脊液红、白细胞计数及白细胞分类检测,同时对所有样本进行手工复检。结果当18×10^6/L<RBC<10×10^9/L时,仪器RBC计数检测结果与手工计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当WBC>20×10^6/L时,仪器WBC计数检测与分类结果与手工法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复检规则验证结果假阴性率为3.8%。结论XN-9000血液分析仪hsA模式结合建立的复检规则检测脑脊液常规可为临床提供快速,准确的自动化检测结果。 Objective To establish and verify a feasible re-checked rules on sysmex XN-9000 high-sensitive analysis(hsA)mode for cell analysis in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF).Methods A total of 156 CSF samples were collected from December 2017 to September 2018 monthly in hospital.All samples were measured by XN-9000 hsA mode for counting white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC)and differentiating WBCs,results of CSF samples were re-checked by manual.Results When 18×10^6/L<RBC<10×10^9/L,there was no statistical significance on the difference between the instrument RBC counting test result and manual counting(P>0.05);when WBC>20×10^6/L,there was no statistical significance on the difference in the results of WBC count detection,classification and manual method(P>0.05);the false negative rate of the verification results of the re-examination rules was 3.8%.Conclusion Sysmex XN-9000 hsA mode for cell analysis in CSF combined with feasible re-checked rules provided a fast,accuracy value for clinical application.
