化痰散结方含药血清体外抗胃癌作用

Anti-gastric Cancer Effect in Vitro of Huatan Sanjie Prescription Containing Drug Serum

目的:研究化痰散结方含药血清对胃癌细胞株增殖抑制作用。方法:以MGC803和MKN45胃癌细胞株为研究对象,加入化痰散结方含药血清,CCK-8法检测化痰散结方含药血清对2种胃癌细胞株增殖抑制作用。结果:化痰散结方含药血清对MGC803和MNK45胃癌细胞均具有抑制作用,其中对MGC803胃癌细胞最佳干预浓度为20%,最佳干预时间为48 h;对MKN45胃癌细胞最佳干预时间为72 h,最佳干预浓度为20%。结论:化痰散结方含药血清对胃癌细胞株的增殖具有抑制作用,为后期开展实验研究奠定基础。

Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Huatan Sanjie Prescription on proliferation of gastric cancer cell lines.Method:The MGC803 and MKN45 gastric cancer cell lines were taken as the research object,adding Huatan Sanjie Prescription containing drug serum,and the CCK-8 method was used to detect the effect of Huatan Sanjie Prescription containing drug serum on the proliferation inhibition of the two gastric cancer cell lines.Result:The Huatan Sanjie Prescription containing drug serum had cytotoxic effects on both MGC803 and MKN45 gastric cancer cell lines.The optimal intervention concentration for gastric cancer cells of MGC803 was 20%and the optimal intervention time was 48 h,for MKN45 gastric cancer cells,the optimal intervention time was 72 h and the optimal intervention concentration was 20%.Conclusion:The serum containing Huatan Sanjie Prescription has inhibitory effect on the proliferation of gastric cancer cell lines,which laid a foundation for the later experimental research.
