支气管哮喘急性发作临床治疗方案研究

Study on Clinical Treatment Program of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的:研究胆碱受体阻断剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患者82例,按照治疗方案分为对照组、观察组,各41例。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组采用噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)]、圣乔治呼吸疾病问卷(SGRQ评分)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FEV1、PEF均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SGRQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆碱受体阻断剂联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘急性发作效果显著,能改善肺功能,降低SGRQ评分。

Objective:To study the effect of Choline Receptor Blocker combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma attack.Method:A total of 82 patients with acute bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the treatment plan they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Budesonide formoterol Powder Inhalation and the observation group with Tiotropium Bromide combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation.The efficacy of the two groups of pulmonary function[the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF)],San George respiratory disease questionnaire(SGRQ score)before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of in the observation group(95.12%)was higher than 78.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SGRQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Choline Receptor Blocker combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation is effective in treating acute attack of bronchial asthma,which can improve lung function and reduce SGRQ score.
