延续护理对前列腺癌根治术患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Anxiety Emotion and Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Radical Prostatectomy

目的:探讨延续护理对前列腺癌根治术患者情绪及生活质量的影响效果分析。方法:抽取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2019年2月收治的64例前列腺癌根治术患者,按照入院时间分为观察组、对照组,每组32例,观察组实施延续性护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果。结果:护理前两组SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理对前列腺癌根治术患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的影响效果显著,可降低心理压力,提升生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on anxiety emotion and quality of life of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Method:A total of 64 patients with radical prostatectomy from February 2016 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected.According to the time of admission,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given continuous nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing,the nursing effect of two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous nursing on anxiety emotion and quality of life of patients with prostate cancer undergoing radical prostatectomy is significant,which can reduce psychological pressure and improve the quality of life.
