品管圈在神经内科护理中的应用对患者疗效及满意度的研究

Study on the Application of Quality Control Circle in the Nursing of Neurology Department on the Efficacy and Satisfaction of Patients

目的:探究品管圈在神经内科护理中的应用效果及患者满意度。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院神经内科就诊的100例患者作为研究对象,按照患者收治时间分为对照组(2018年10月-2019年1月)和观察组(2019年2-5月),各50例。予以对照组常规护理,在此基础上给予观察组品管圈护理模式。对比分析两组疗效、护理满意度及护理工作质量。结果:观察组患者临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疾病知识、责任和护理知识及护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体护理工作质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科护理中实施品管圈护理模式,可显著提升临床治疗效果,并可有效提高整体护理质量和患者护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect and patient satisfaction of quality control circle in neurology nursing.Method:From October 2018 to May 2019,100 patients in neurology department of our hospital were selected as the study object.According to the patients’admission time,they were divided into control group(October 2018 to January 2019)and observation group(February to May 2019),50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,on the basis,the observation group used quality control circle nursing mode.Compared and analysed the efficacy,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality between the two groups.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disease knowledge,responsibility,nursing knowledge and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle nursing mode in neurology nursing can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and can effectively improve the overall nursing quality and patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
