立体定向微创手术治疗脑肿瘤的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Stereotactic Minimally Invasive Surgery for Brain Tumors

目的:探究立体定向微创手术治疗脑肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年7月-2018年7月收治的82例脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组41例。对照组应用开颅切除术治疗,研究组应用立体定向微创术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组CCS评分均低于治疗前,ADL评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组CCS评分低于对照组,ALD评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组存活率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用立体定向微创术治疗脑肿瘤效果显著,可以在很大程度上提高患者存活率,降低病死率,患者术后复发率也可以得到有效控制。除此之外,立体定向微创术的手术创伤小,术后恢复快,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery for brain tumors.Method:Eighty-two patients with brain tumors admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with craniotomy and the study group was treated with stereotactic minimally invasive surgery.Compared the effect between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the CCS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ADL scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).And the CCS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the ADL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The survival rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stereotactic minimally invasive surgery for brain tumors has a significant effect,which can greatly improve the survival rate and reduce the mortality rate of patients.The postoperative recurrence rate can also be effectively controlled.In addition,stereotactic minimally invasive surgery has small trauma and quick recovery after surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
