8S精益管理对手术室感染控制的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of 8S Lean Management on the Control of Operating Room Infection

目的:分析8S精益管理对手术室感染控制的影响分析。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年11月-2019年6月收治的手术室患者74例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组37例采用传统护理,研究组37例实施8S精益管理,对比两组护理满意度,无菌操作、环境管理、基础护理及消毒隔离质量,以及手术室感染率。结果:研究组护理满意度为91.89%,高于对照组的70.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组无菌操作、环境管理、基础护理及消毒隔离质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术室感染率为5.40%,低于对照组的24.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术室患者实施8S精益管理,可提高患者满意度,有效降低手术室感染率,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of 8S lean management on the control of operating room infection.Method:A total of 74 patients in the operating room in our hospital from November 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.A total of 37 patients in the control group received traditional nursing,and 37 patients in the study group underwent 8S lean management.The patient satisfaction,the quality of aseptic operation,environmental management,basic care and disinfection isolation were compared between the two groups,as well as the infection rate of the operating room was compared between the two groups.Result:The patient satisfaction rate of the study group was 91.89%,which was significantly higher than 70.27%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sterile operation,environmental management,basic nursing and disinfection and isolation quality in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operating room infection rate of the study group was 5.40%,which was lower than 24.32%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:8S lean management for patients in the operating room can improve patient satisfaction and effectively reduce the infection rate in the operating room.It is worthy of popularization in clinical use.
