摘要
糖尿病神经源性膀胱是糖尿病常见的泌尿系统并发症之一,主要与糖尿病自主神经病变有关。近年来,应用骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱,可干预疾病的自然病理生理过程,逆转病情进展,恢复部分膀胱功能。本文探讨了糖尿病神经源性膀胱病理生理改变,以及BMSCs在修复神经源性膀胱中的作用,为临床治疗提供可行性证据。
Diabetic neurogenic bladder is one of the common urinary complications of diabetes,which is mainly related to diabetic autonomic neuropathy.In recent years,the application of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder can interfere with the natural pathophysiological process of the disease,reverse the progress of the disease and restore part of bladder functions.This paper discusses the pathophysiological changes of diabetic neurogenic bladder and the role of BMSCs in repairing neurogenic bladder to provide feasibility evidence for clinical treatment.
