加速康复外科在肝切除围手术期中的研究进展

Research Progress of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Period of Hepatectomy

随着外科学的不断发展,加速康复外科作为一个新的研究方向逐渐被应用于临床实践中。针对行肝切除术患者的术后恢复,通过在围手术期应用加速康复外科方案,在术前、术中及术后给予加速康复干预措施,例如术前宣教、术中镇痛、术后营养支持等,对于提高肝切除手术效果,改善患者各项生命指征具有重要促进作用。本文主要对在肝切除围手术期应用加速康复外科措施的研究进展进行了综述。

With the continuous development of surgery,accelerated rehabilitation surgery as a new research direction has been gradually applied in clinical practice.For the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing hepatectomy,the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period,and the provision of accelerated rehabilitation intervention measures before,during and after operation,such as preoperative education,intraoperative analgesia,postoperative nutrition support,etc.,have an important role in improving the effect of hepatectomy and improving the indications of patients’life.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period of hepatectomy.
