1例艾滋病抗体不确定患者的追踪检测

Analysis on the tracking results of one patient with uncertain HIV antibody

目的通过对1例艾滋病抗体不确定患者的随访监测,探讨对该类患者合适的处理方法。方法对该患者进行多次的艾滋病抗体复核及确证检测,并进行回顾性病毒载量检测。结果患者最后确诊为HIV-1病毒感染。结论在判定HIV感染不确定患者的感染情况时,应重视流行病学史,并结合病毒载量检测结果,综合判定。

Objective To analyze the tracking results in one patient with uncertain HIV antibody and provide an effective strategy for the similar cases.Methods The patient of HIV antibody uncertainty was analyzed by RT,ELISA and WB.The case’s blood samples were collected in different time for retrospective viral load test.Results This uncertain case turned out to be HIV-1 positive.Conclusion In the judgment of HIV infection in uncertain patients,we should consider the epidemiological history,combined with the test results of viral load,and make a comprehensive judgment.
