摘要 为了解决厚壁管在淬火过程中出现的弯曲度和椭圆度问题,提出了采用"浸淬+旋转+内喷"新工艺,其淬火设备的核心部件是旋转升降装置。本文分析了钢管淬火时的钢管转速、搅拌水水量及压力、内喷水流速及压力等对钢管淬透性的影响,研发设计了一种专用的旋转升降装置。该装置具有旋转、压紧及出料等综合功能,既满足了工艺要求的钢管快速浸入,又保证在浸入时钢管高速旋转。对旋转升降装置的液压控制系统、电气控制系统进行了研究。其液压控制系统采用恒压变量泵,通过电液比例控制流量的变化实现框架梁的快速同步升降,大规格插装阀的应用为框架梁快速运行提供了支持;差动回路加大了框架梁下降速度,减小了液压泵的数量。电气控制系统采用PLC、位移传感器,通过闭环控制自动调节框架梁两端升降缸的比例阀电信号,确保钢管两端同时浸入淬火介质,保证钢管全长的淬火效果并减少钢管的弯曲度及椭圆度。生产实践证明,该装置运行平稳可靠,满足了浸淬式钢管整体淬火工艺的要求。 In order to solve the problems of bending and ovality in the quenching process of thick wall pipe,a new technology of"immersion quenching+rotation+internal spraying"is proposed.The core part of the quenching equipment is rotating lifting device.This paper analyzes the influence of steel tube speed,water volume and pressure of mixing water,velocity and pressure of internal spray water on the hardenability of steel tube during quenching,and develops a special rotating lifting device.The device has the comprehensive functions of rotation,pressing and discharging,which can not only meet the requirements of steel pipe rapid immersion,but also ensure the high-speed rotation of steel pipe during immersion.The hydraulic control system and electrical control system of the rotary lifting device are studied.The hydraulic control system adopts constant pressure variable pump,and the rapid and synchronous lifting of frame beam is realized through the change of electro-hydraulic proportional control flow.The large-scale cartridge valve provides support for the rapid operation of frame beam,the differential circuit increases the lowering speed of frame beam and reduces the number of hydraulic pumps.The electric control system adopts PLC and displacement sensor,the electric signal of the proportional valve,on the lifting cylinder at both ends of the frame beam,is automatically adjusted through closed-loop control.It ensures that both ends of the steel pipe are immersed into the quenching at the same time,and attains the quenching effect of the whole steel pipe,while reduces the bending and ovality of the steel pipe.The production practice shows that the equipment run stably and reliably,and meet the requirements of the immersion quenching process of the whole steel pipe.
