摘要 本文阐述了以往铝型材风冷淬火系统设计过程中容易出现的计算、结构、风机选型等问题及其误区,指出原结构设计的不合理性。本文基于Flow simulation建立铝型材风冷淬火系统模拟仿真系统,修正并明确了其计算方法和结构特点,优化后系统结构中无变径、有导流、隔流板,计算与实测比较结果显示该改进方法及虚拟样机模拟计算过程可行。本文为铝型材风冷淬火系统结构优化提供参考。 This article describes the frequently-occurred problems and mistakes in terms of calculation,structure and the selection of quenching blower,and also states the unreasonableness in the previous design of the air quenching systems for aluminum extrusions.In this paper,the simulation,for the air quenching system of aluminum extrusions,is established.It used Flow Simulation Software,based on which the calculation method and structural characteristics are corrected and defined.The quenching system is optimized with deflector and partition being added and reducing-diameter structure removed.The comparative result of the calculation and practical measurement shows that the optimization method and the simulation calculation process of the virtual equipment are feasible.This article can be a reference for structural optimization for the air quenching systems of aluminum extrusions.
