摘要
端面齿在多种传动场合有着广泛的应用,但现有关于端面齿的标准和文献对实际使用的端面齿的结构、齿形参数及强度计算等不具有普遍的指导意义。本文介绍一种工业联轴器常用的端面齿结构,给出了端面齿的齿形参数、齿面挤压应力和齿根弯曲应力的计算公式,并通过有限元法对齿根弯曲应力计算公式进行验证。本文介绍的端面齿结构及其设计计算方法已在系列联轴器中已有成功应用。该方法可作为用于传动的端面齿的设计依据,也可供相关标准制修订时参考。
The face gear is widely used in many kinds of transmission occasions,but the existing standards and articles about the face gearare not of universal guiding significancefor the structure,parameter and strength calculation ofthe face gearactually used.This article introduces a face gearstructurecommonly used for industrial coupling,gives calculation formula of its shape parameters,extrusion stress of tooth surface and bending stress of tooth root,and the bending stress of tooth root is verified by finite element method.The face gear structure and its design calculation method introduced in this paper have been successfully applied in series couplings.This method can be used as the design basis of the face gear for transmission,and also as a reference for the formulation or revision of relevant standards.
