大型风电机组机舱罩结构形貌优化

摘要 通过对风电机组机舱罩侧罩形貌优化后的结构进行分析,得到加强筋的合理分布形式以及不同尺寸的加强筋对结构的影响。对比了加强筋尺寸小范围和大范围变化对结构不同性能的影响,以GL规范中的强度和变形要求为分析点,讨论不同的尺寸大小和分布形式对结构的影响。较小尺寸的加强筋对结构的强度和变形形变量都有益处,但是拉压力的云图分布情况不利于结构的长期稳定使用,需要在实际设计中避免结构中出现交变载荷。机舱罩的侧壁结构如果使用横向加强筋,对结构各方面的性能都能较好的提升。 Through the analysis of the topography optimized nacelle shell,the reasonable distribution form of the ribs and the influence of different sizes of ribs on the nacelle structure are obtained.The effects of small size and large range of rib size on the different properties of the structure were compared.The strength and deformation requirements of the GL specification were taken as the analysis points,and the influence of different size and distribution form on the structure was discussed.Smaller ribs are beneficial to the strength and deformation of the nacelle,but the distribution of the tension is not conducive to the long-term stability of the structure,and it is necessary to avoid alternating loads in the structure in the actual design.If the lateral reinforcement of the nacelle cover is used,the performance of all aspects of the nacelle can be improved.
