提升基层党组织组织力,是加强基层组织建设的重点方向,是解决基层组织弱化、虚化、边缘化问题的迫切需要,是把党建设得更坚强有力的重要途径。根据桐乡市在党建工作和提升基层党组织组织力方面形成的特色,立足实际,以点带面,分析总结基层党组织组织力提升的经验与启示,基层党组织组织力提升要突出政治功能,创新组织力模式,强化服务性,实施标准化建设。

Enhancing the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations is the key direction for strengthening grassroots organizations in the future;meanwhile,it is an important way to build a stronger and more powerful party,as well as the urgent need to solve the problems of weakening,blurring and marginalization in some grassroots organizations.Based on the actual situation that Tongxiang city has formed the characteristics in the party building work and in improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations.To improve the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations,we should give prominence to their political functions,innovate their organizational strength models,strengthen their serviceability,and implement standardization construction.
