学生创新创业能力培养教学改革探讨——以服装设计专业为例

A Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Cultivating Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability——Taking the teaching of Fashion Design as An Example

服装设计专业学生创新创业能力是适应就业的关键因素,提升学生该方面能力,并以双创能力为目标,制定教学改革的内容,促进学生综合能力的提升。培养学生创新创业能力,必须采取的措施是:营造浓厚的双创环境;改革现有的专业课程体系;改革教学方法;改革教师管理制度;改革以教室为中心的单一教学模式,建立教室课堂教学、校内工作室、校外实习基地三位一体的教学模式。

The innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students majoring in fashion design is a key factor to adapt to employment.With an view to improve students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the content of teaching reform should be set up to improve their comprehensive ability.In this regard,the following measures are suggested:creating a dense environment conducive to mass entrepreneurship and innovation,reforming the current professional curriculum system,reforming teaching methods,reforming the teacher management system,reforming the single teaching mode with the classroom as the center,and establishing the teaching mode integrating classroom teaching,in-school studio and off-campus practice base.
