新型犹豫不确定Z-Numbers熵及其多准则群决策分析

A Novel Z-Numbers Entropy of Hesitant Uncertain Linguistic Z-Numbers and Multi—Criteria Group Decision-Making Analysi

犹豫不确定语言型Z-Numbers的语言尺度函数是由两种不同语义的集合构成,分别度量两种语言尺度函数,确定其三个基本性质。结合语言尺度函数和犹豫不确定语言型Z-Numbers的模糊因子及犹豫因子,构造了犹豫不确定语言型Z-Numbers的交叉熵和熵,引入求解决策者权重和准则权重的两种最优化模型,通过求解最优化模型确定综合熵决策矩阵,由排序值公式给出多准则群决策问题的最优方案。通过一个实例分析比较得出相同的最优方案和不同排序,验证了该决策方法的有效性与可行性。

The linguistic scale functions of hesitant uncertain linguistic Z-Numbers consists of two sets of different semantics,measuring two language scale functions and determining three basic properties.Based on the linguistic scale function,as well as the fuzzy factor and hesitation factor of hesitant uncertain linguistic Z-Numbers,the cross entropy and entropy of hesitant uncertain linguistic Z-Numbers are constructed.At the same time,two optimization models are introduced to confirm the synthesis entropy decision matrix.The optimal scheme of multi-criteria group decision making is determined by sorting value formula.Finally,the same optimal scheme and different sorts are derived,and the validity and feasibility of this method are verified by analyzing and comparing an example.
