摘要 教师是立教之本、兴教之源,是促进教育不断发展的不竭动力。改革开放以来,伴着中国经济快速发展和国家大力发展职业教育,职教教师教育实现从无到有,并取得了显著成就:从满足数量向提高质量转变,从模仿普通教育办学到确立“三性”办学特色,从“专业教育+师范教育”向“双证书、一体化”模式转变,从单主体、单层次培养向协同培养、体系化培养转变,逐渐走出了一条符合中国国情、顺应时代发展要求的职教师资培养路子。新时代,面临新变化、新要求、新征程,我国职教师资教育正朝向专业化、协同化、卓越化迈进。 Teachers are the foundation of teaching and the source of education,and they are the inexhaustible driving force for the continuous development of education.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy and the country's vigorous development of vocational education,the education of vocational education teachers has made remarkable achievements,such as from satisfying quantity to improving quality,from imitating general education to establishing the three characteristics for running school,from"professional education+teacher education"to"integration with double certificate"mode,from single-agent,singlelevel training to collaborative training and systemic training.Gradually,a teacher-training path that conforms to China's national conditions and meets the requirements of the development and the times has gradually emerged.In the new era,in order to meet the new change,new requirements and new journeys,the cultivation of vocational teachers in China is moving towards specialization,synergy,and excellence.
