开关作为最常用的一种电气分断部件被广泛使用于各种家电产品及室内照明电路中。耐久性是表征开关性能的一个重要参数。研制了一台用于开关耐久性试验的装置,具有贴近实际驱动方式,试验结果准确,通用性强,测试效率高,结构简单易于维护保养等特点。该装置已投入使用,经实际使用表明该试验装置可以很好的满足开关相关标准的测试要求。

As the most commonly used electrical breaking component,switch is widely used in various household appliances and indoor lighting circuits.Durability is an important parameter of switch performance.A device for endurance test of switches is developed,which has the characteristics such as approximate actual driving mode,accurate test results,strong generality,efficient,simple in construction and easy to maintenance.The device has been put into use,and is proved to comply with the test requirements of switch standards.
