改良定向挂线术治疗高位肛瘘的效果及对肛门功能的影响

Effect of Improved Directional Ligation on High Anal Fistula and Its Influences on Anal Function

目的:针对高位肛瘘患者采用改良定向挂线术治疗,分析临床效果及对肛门功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年4月-2019年3月收治的40例高位肛瘘患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分成试验组与对照组,每组20例。对照组采用传统切开挂线术治疗,试验组采用改良定向挂线术治疗,对比两组临床治愈率、伤口愈合时间、疼痛评分及肛门功能。结果:试验组临床治愈率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组伤口愈合时间短于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后肛门功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良定向挂线术治疗高位肛瘘有良好的效果,能够显著改善肛门功能,缓解患者疼痛,提升生活质量,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of improved directional ligation on high anal fistula and its influences on anal function.Method:A total of 40 patients with high anal fistula admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of admission,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional cutting and ligation,and the experimental group was treated with improved directional ligation,and clinical cure rate,wound healing time,pain score and anal function of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of high anal fistula with improved directional ligation has a good effect,and it can significantly improve the patients’anal function,relieve pain,improve the quality of life of the patients,and it is worth promoting in clinic.
