小儿重症支气管肺炎中应用整体护理的效果

The Effect of Holistic Nursing in Children with Severe Bronchopneumonia

目的:探讨在小儿重症支气管肺炎中应用整体护理的效果。方法:选取重症支气管肺炎患儿66例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各33例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受整体护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、憋喘、肺部湿啰音、肺部炎症消失时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在小儿重症支气管肺炎中的应用效果显著,可提升疾病治疗效果,加快症状消失,且可提升患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing in children with severe bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 66 children with severe bronchopneumonia were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received holistic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of cough,suffocation,lung rale and lung inflammation in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of holistic nursing in children with severe bronchopneumonia is significant,which can improve the effect of disease treatment,speed up the disappearance of symptoms,and improve the satisfaction of the parents of children with the nursing work.
