责任制护理在髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折护理中的应用及对预后的影响

Application of Responsibility Nursing in Nursing of Hip Arthroplasty for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture and Its Effect on Prognosis

目的:探讨责任制护理在髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折护理中的应用及对预后的影响。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的股骨颈骨折患者50例,均接受髋关节置换术治疗。依据随机数字表法分成两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用责任制护理。观察并比较两组并发症发生率、护理质量评分及干预前后髋关节功能(Harris)评分。结果:研究组并发症发生率为12.0%,显著低于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后7 d及出院前,研究组Harris评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨颈骨折患者行髋关节置换术围术期采用责任制护理,可显著改善患者预后,提高临床护理质量,改善髋关节功能,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of responsibility nursing in nursing of hip arthroplasty for the treatment of femoral neck fracture and its effect on prognosis.Method:Fifty patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected,all patients were treated with hip arthroplasty.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with responsibility nursing.The incidence of complications,nursing quality scores and hip joint function(Harris)scores before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of complications in the study group was 12.0%,which was significantly lower than 40.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the Harris scores in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group 7 days after intervention and before discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The responsibility nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture during hip arthroplasty can significantly improve the prognosis,improve the quality of clinical nursing and improve the function of hip joint,which is worth popularizing.
