会阴无创不保护模式在自然分娩产妇护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Noninvasive and Unprotected Mode of Perineum in Nursing of Natural Childbirth

目的:分析在自然分娩产妇护理中应用会阴无创不保护模式的临床价值。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年9月笔者所在医院收治的产妇87例,按随机单双数法分为对照组43例及观察组44例,分别进行传统自然分娩护理及会阴无创不保护护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组产后出血、新生儿窒息、产褥期感染率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为自然分娩产妇提供会阴无创不保护护理可有效减少产后出血和新生儿窒息等状况,缩短分娩时间,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of noninvasive and unprotected mode of perineum in nursing of natural childbirth.Method:From February 2017 to September 2018,87 cases of puerpera admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(44 cases)by random single and even number method,and the traditional natural childbirth nursing and noninvasive and unprotected mode of perineum nursing were performed,respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and puerperal infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing noninvasive and unprotected mode of perineum nursing for natural childbirth can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia,shorten delivery time,and has a higher clinical application value.
