摘要
目的:探讨三主体双轨道交互式护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院住院的老年COPD患者118例,将其随机分为两组,每组59例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行三主体双轨道交互式护理。比较两组患者再入院率、自我效能、依从性及生活质量。结果:研究组出院后3个月自我效能评分高于出院前,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组康复锻炼依从性高于对照组,再次入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组出院后2、3个月生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三主体双轨道交互式护理应用在老年COPD患者护理中具有重要的辅助作用,可提升患者自我效能及康复锻炼依从性,降低患者再次入院率,逐步提高生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of three main body and two track interactive nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 118 elderly patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received three main body and two track interactive nursing.The readmission rate,self-efficacy,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The selfefficacy score of the study group at 3 months after discharge was higher than that before discharge,and the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation exercise compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the readmission rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group at 2 and 3 months after discharge was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of three main body and two track interactive nursing plays an important auxiliary role in the nursing of elderly COPD patients.It can improve patients’self-efficacy and the compliance of rehabilitation exercise,reduce the re admission rate of patients,and gradually improve the quality of life.It has a high application value.
